Augustinus Bader's Vitamin C Serum sells glow, so we made glow the subject. No bottle, no model, only the material a serum is supposed to leave behind on skin. We built clusters of amber gel spheres and lit them from behind, so the light has to travel through the volume instead of skimming off the surface. The micro-bubbles suspended inside each sphere are what keep it from reading as glass; they give the surface somewhere to show its tension.
